· DBA of the Month award from HPE – Optimized Db2 deployment with Digital Safe Product and saved up to $100M. The speed and accuracy at which Mohan works is unbelievable. For this work, Mohan received a DBA of the Month award in March 2015 for his outstanding contribution.
· DB2’s Got Talent 2013 First Place Winner – “Db2’s Got Talent” is a popular online talent competition focused on IBM Db2 database technology. The competition provides a platform for Db2 professionals to showcase their skills, knowledge, and innovative solutions related to Db2 database administration, performance tuning, SQL optimization, and other Db2-related topics.

· Outstanding Achiever of the Month award for the months of, June 2008, October 2008, November 2008, McAfee Inc.
Mohan developed an automation framework which was collecting data from each database and performing AI on the data collected to derive the performance optimization metrics, capacity planning KPIs, and detect any potential performance or security threat. For this work, he received the Outstanding Achiever award consistently for the months of June 2008, October 2008, and November 2008. Presentation of the award was based on the nominations received and presented during the monthly review process within my organization. The winner was selected based on the product/work innovation and the impact it made to the organization.
